Dear St. Gabriel Youth,

For safety reasons, all youth are to have some form of current emergency contact information on file in order to participate in youth events. 

• Please download, print and complete the Youth Ministry Registration form and return to Teresa Keith in the Faith Formation Office of St. Gabriel Parish.  Click here to obtain the form.
• The St. Gabriel Youth Ministry Registration form will be kept on file for the full academic year in the event of an emergency.
• This registration form covers all St. Gabriel sponsored youth ministry activities/events on or off St. Gabriel premises. 
• Individual event registration forms will be available for specific events in the case parents choose not to sign the all standard form.
• West Deanery and Archdiocese events will require separate registration forms for each event.
• Students are encouraged and welcomed to bring guests to St. Gabriel sponsored events.  When bringing a guest, specific event registration forms will be required for events held off St. Gabriel premises.  When the event is on St. Gabriel premises, if the guest has not submitted the standard form, in the event of an emergency your parents will be notified so to contact the guest’s parents.

Today St. Gabriel is launching a new feature on the website—“Good News on Tap.” It is a weekly video reflection on the Sunday scripture readings. The two to four minute video commentaries will reflect on the meaning of the scripture and offer practical suggestions of ways to incorporate the gospel into daily life. It is meant to provide a brief positive message of hope for people of all faiths.
